Awkward Goodbyes

Well. Today started out as just a normal day. I was not scheduled for work today. It was just going to be a lazy day, and I didn't dress like I normally would If I would have gone out. I expected a nice, quiet day at home doing what I love to do. I got a phone call at about 1:30 to go to the movies. I decided to go. It was a flipping hilarious movie. I didn't care about how I looked yet again while going. During the movie, I got a text asking to take someone's shift at work. I decided to. Little did I know, that the shift I was taking was a DOOR SHIFT. *Psycho Music Plays* Now, Door Shift is the 'fun' (Not) time when you get to sit on a chair for 5 and a half hours. By the time I figured out my fate, it was too late to turn around. I reluctantly sat down, and became bored within a few minutes. Staring down a hall, watching the happy people do what they came there to do. Luckily, someone said they'd prefer to take the door shift, and I could take their spot at the snack bar. An hour later they came back in the snack bar, and said they wanted to switch me back cuz they got bored! D: So I had to go back to door. It was the family night rush. Hundreds of little kids clinging onto their parents were rushing by.

Anyways, long story short, I got off the shift early, because my sister wanted me to go to the airport with her.

We got to the airport, the car ride went by in a flash, and too fast. Waiting in line seemed like it took forever, but now I look back and think of it as just a blur...Then the huggings at the end of the line, the waves goodbye...I won't see my sister for 3 weeks. I will be home alone with my parents for 3 weeks. I miss her terribly, and it's only been 40 minutes since I last saw her. Goodbyes are the worst, knowing you won't see someone for a long time...

So, if anyone wants to hang out, PLEASE don't hesitate to call? D: I'm going to be bored out of my mind without my sister.

Skittles

Skittles! Taste the Rainbow!
That just jumps out at you, doesn't it?

Man. I have a new addiction! Throw the Dr. Pepper away, and everything else! Skittles is where it is at! I've been munching on a huge bag of skittles for most the day. I've been eating them just to give me something to do, to keep my mind of it. And what is this "it" you're thinking? Why, "it's" something bad. :( My doggy went in for surgery today to get some cancerous tumors removed. One was around her backside, one on her stomach, and one in her mouth. Talk about painful? I bet it was. It all went fine, she's just been walking around the house for hours on end; I believe it's at 6 hours now; and looking for a place to sleep. She finds a place to sit down and rest, but then immediately jumps back up because of pain. It's depressing to see her in pain. :( I'm just glad she's okay though. :)

But yeah. Skittles are keeping my mind off it. Skittles also reminded me of a story the great Dorian once told me...

"I once knew a kid who chugged a whole bag of skittles and had to get his stomach pumped!"

Yeah. Skittles COULD get me out of school. Let's hope they do tomorrow, if I get a stomachache tonight. Haha. I REALLY don't want to take those Math CRT's. They are TOTALLY evil!

By the way. 8 more days of school left. Techinally 5 full days left, 2 short days, and a day you don't have to come to school. Oh, the new Jack's Mannequin Album, The Glass Passenger, comes out on June 3rd! The day is getting closer...Music makes the world go round, and it keeps me from making up my own horrible music. :P

Wow.

Wow. This past week was totally amazing, I mean seriously. Best ever. I haven't had a low in like...forever. But then as today slowly progressed, it got worse and worse. Right now I'm extremely sad and extremely tensed and anxious about who knows what. I just want to wake up from this dream and walk away...Things don't go as planned. People don't do what you hope they will do. They just argue and argue up to the point where you're trying to drown them out with your music, and trying to listen to the music and go to a happy place. Yes, welcome to my life. A bleak, depressing black hole. Maybe school will go better for me tomorrow. Maybe I can finally get Jenna's number in English, if she decides to not be sick again in that class. :P Haha. Wow. That small, little laugh felt great. Well. Off to do the procrastinated Web Page Design Homework.
